To secure, develop, and grow strategic global accounts across the intra-European market, aligning account strategies with key industry verticals and the overall Group vision. Job Responsibility:
Own and grow the CMA SSL INEUR Global Account customer base in Europe, focusing on large BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners) and strategic manufacturers/shippers
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, becoming their trusted logistics partner
Drive client engagement through regular visits, insights, and value-driven dialogue — turning relationships into partnerships
Collaborate across the entire CMA CGM global network, from agency and pricing to operations and trade
Lead the way in identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailor-made solutions
Drive performance through strategic account planning, pricing influence, and data-backed decision-making
Partner closely with Tender, Sales & Cargo Teams to support new service development and win major projects
Deliver excellence from prospecting to closure — with full accountability on volumes, revenue, and client satisfaction
Represent CMA CGM at key industry events, contributing to our marketing and brand presence
Continuously enhance market knowledge and share updates for ongoing growth
Requirements:

Background in shipping/logistics or complex supply chain environments
Strong grasp of sales cycles, data analysis, and CRM reporting
Familiar with tenders, revenue tracking, and market share strategies
Comfortable with systems for customer data, forecasts, and insights
Strong command of English (and ideally one additional European language)
