Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with clients at all levels including C-Suite executives
  • Develop and execute Strategic Business Plans in partnership with the client to drive programme milestones
  • Prepare and present business reviews, progress reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Conduct programme risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage Business Continuity planning
  • Lead scorecard reviews - tracking SLAs and KPIs against Programme Goals
  • Collect and analyse client data to provide actionable insights and improve service delivery
  • Design change management and transformation plans to drive continuous improvement year over year

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in client-facing account management, preferably in a global environment
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Strong background in programme governance, stakeholder management and client business planning
  • Industry knowledge of travel, tourism, events, groups & meetings
  • Advanced skills in strategic planning, risk management, data analysis and commercial analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—English required, additional languages beneficial
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to perform under pressure
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field (professional certifications in account management preferred)
  • Willingness to travel when required and work flexible hours to accommodate global client needs
