As our Flight Centre Travel Group Events Global Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor guiding stakeholders through critical event decisions - from evaluating virtual vs. in-person formats, to navigating CEO level approvals for premium, highly visible meetings. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, ensuring every recommendation supports our clients’ goals and delivers value. Job Responsibility

  • Retain and grow internal client portfolio base to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop high level contacts in key client organisations, and assisting with the development and maintenance of multi-level relationships in all client organisations
  • Identify, co-ordinate and engage necessary stakeholders to develop strategic client relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account management portfolio plan, driving value for the client and ensuring growth for business overall
  • Build and present compelling, creative winning event solutions for our customers

Requirements

  • Experience in events industry/group travel industry
  • Proven experience in the corporate segment
  • Proven record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in building compelling proposals and presentations
