Job Description:

Our team is currently searching for professional and personable Estimators starting immediately: Glazing Estimator (Dartmouth Office) ; Cladding Estimator (Moncton Office). These are exciting opportunities to work in a supportive environment which fosters growth and development for our employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents to understand project requirements
  • Provide cost estimates for Glazing and/or Cladding of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process
  • Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to commercial clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Branch Manager, Project Foremen and Crews, and other applicable stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education, or relevant experience
  • Glazing: at least 5 years in Glazing Estimation – preferably on large-scale projects
  • Cladding: 1-2 years experience in Cladding Estimation
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Abstract required
  • Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
  • Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required
