Partner with a Leading Global FMCG Company known for its iconic beverage brands. We are seeking a meticulous and driven finance professional to join our Regional Finance Hub in Johor Bahru. This is not just a back-office role; it is a position that acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring financial transparency and driving performance improvements across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the General Ledger for Singapore and Malaysia entities
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory standards
  • Lead the coordination of statutory audits and collaborate with external service providers for corporate governance activities, including the drafting of resolutions and government surveys
  • Oversee Transfer Pricing documentation, Corporate Income Tax, and GST filings to ensure full adherence to local tax laws and regulations
  • Execute journal entries, manage intercompany invoicing and receipts, and maintain proper Group and Company records
  • Provide analytical support for business needs, execute ad-hoc projects, and assist various departments with accounting queries to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar GL or Full Set role, preferably within the FMCG industry or an Audit firm
  • High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Local GAAP is required
  • Analytical, result-driven, and capable of cutting through complexity to provide clear financial messages
