Job Responsibility

Analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision
Develop an overall picture of your customer’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes
Interact daily with a wide variety of with Government leaders, program stakeholders, and the support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement
Work to help identify and implement processes that will help the customer achieve their program's mission
Help to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of identifying and integrating technology innovations into our Army to support our mission supporting national defense

Requirements

You speak, write and understand English well
Excellent knowledge of Recovery & Quality Operations combined with customer experience, sales and purchasing processes

Job Responsibility

Take necessary actions on products to give them a second chance through repackaging, spare parts management, product assembly, and active sales (online and offline)
Understand the action plans of the unit and department and take responsibility for departmental goals
Support the implementation of planned circular and commercial activities by involving your department in all customer meeting points
Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with other specialists, assigning tasks, and supervising daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team as needed.
