Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business administration, analytics, finance, real estate, or similar field preferred
3+ years work experience with analytics, GIS, market research, business analytics, or finance
Proficient in data analysis using various tools and statistical packages
Technical aptitude to learn and understand the latest tools and use them to make recommendations and understand large and complex datasets
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Job Responsibility

Ownership of the maintenance of existing and the development of new tools for project tracking, project evaluation and financial analysis
Required to perform consistent testing of these tools to ensure accuracy and functionality
Serving as a super user and a super admin with advanced expertise in Smartsheet and MAP/SLAP template, while being the primary point of contact for resolving peers questions and providing guidance
Display proactive leadership for extensive training initiatives, including but not limited to Real Estate Training calls and on-site meetings
Ensure training material and documentation is created and updated to accommodate changes in process and responsibilities, and communicated with team
Supporting team members in coordinating communications, development of organizational tools, and maintaining data
Involved in cross functional meetings to identify process improvements and develop solutions
Building out analytical improvements through special projects in collaboration with Global Real Estate, Data and Analytics, and Business Intelligence as well as other functional groups
