Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Gift Shop Agent to join Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! Reporting into the Gift Shop supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Gift Shop while providing a warm greeting to the guest.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the gift shop
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, complaint resolution and assistance
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors including assisting other staff with set-up and closing of the gift shop
  • Supporting in ordering and replenishment of stock

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a customer focused role is ideal
  • Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
