GIDA Manager

• Manage a team of analysts and internal processes
• Navigate global regulatory and legal statutes for shipping operations
• Responsible for daily operations including user access provisioning/deprovisioning, inventory control, maintaining shipping process of Safeword Token
• Manage remote access solutions
• Lead efforts to prevent, monitor, respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks
• Develop and implement employee engagement and talent development programs
• Maintain vendor and shipping relationships for Token products
• Make sound financial decisions
• Navigate complex Customs requirements for importing Safeword Token
• Handle complex, multi-tiered escalations and problems
• Evaluate operations for maximum operational improvements
• Foster metrics driven, performance management culture
• Partner with IAM Governance, Information Security Officers, legal teams and Risk & Control

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Technology or Computer Science related field preferred or equivalent job-related experience
• Information Security certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISK, CISSP is an advantage
• 6-8 years' experience in operations people management, process reengineering, transformation initiatives and driving standardization
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of primary applications such as Safeword Premier Access, Citi Authenticator/CAM GUI, Key Manager, ResolveIT, Service Now and the Office Suite of applications

Information Security certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISK, CISSP
