As Compliance Manager for GSK Global Hub, Poland, you will lead the strategic compliance agenda, partnering with the Hub Lead and the cross-functional leaders to embed integrity into decision-making and organizational culture. You will anticipate risks, shape clear accountability, and position compliance as an enabler of sustainable business delivery. Job Responsibility:
Partner with Hub leadership to shape and influence the compliance strategy for GSK Global Hub Poland
Ensure effective implementation of compliance programs to strengthen accountability and mitigate enterprise risks, including Anti-bribery and Corruption, Cybersecurity, and Data Ethics and Privacy
Leverage data and analytics to derive insights and advise leaders on emerging risks, strategic decisions, and opportunities to strengthen governance
Deliver training and awareness sessions to drive compliance culture
Reinforce accountability for compliance through coaching, challenge, and clarity of expectations
Enable proactive risk‑mitigation efforts, drawing on global networks to identify patterns and themes
Partnering with Corporate Investigations, HR and Legal to ensure reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated, with suitable corrective and remediation action and discipline where appropriate
Act as the Privacy Contact for Global Function in Poland, ensuring embedding of the privacy framework, managing privacy incidents, and supporting business owners ensure privacy by design on activities impacting Poland
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, risk management, finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, legal, or relevant control function
Experience with risk assessment, policy implementation, and investigations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Polish language skills preferred
High level of personal integrity with the ability to professionally handle highly confidential matters
Strong and pragmatic problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence individuals across functions and at all levels
Ability to work effectively and sensitively in a highly matrixed organisation across geographies and cultures
Working knowledge of what constitutes an effective internal control framework and relevant local regulatory requirements
Ability to work on-site in Poland with hybrid working arrangements as agreed with the team
Nice to have:
Experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences
Familiarity with global compliance frameworks and industry standards
Training or certification in compliance, ethics, internal audit, or related fields
Proven experience delivering compliance training and change programs
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and risks
Prior experience working with global teams and matrix reporting environments
Working knowledge of data privacy framework
