Plaud is building the world's most trusted AI work companion for professionals to elevate productivity and performance through note-taking solutions. The Germany Integrated Marketing Manager will execute integrated marketing campaigns for the German-speaking market.
Job Responsibility:
Execute Plaud’s integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, digital, retail, and DTC channels for the German-speaking market
Localize global IMC strategies and creative assets to ensure cultural relevance and regulatory compliance
Manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and on brand
Coordinate with HQ IMC and Product Marketing teams to align messaging, visuals, and launch timelines
Monitor campaign performance, compile post-campaign reports, and provide actionable feedback to HQ
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns and managing agency partners
Strong understanding of German media, PR, and influencer landscapes
Native-level German proficiency with strong English communication skills
Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
Nice to have:
Experience localizing global campaigns for the local market
Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or consumer tech products
Proficiency in AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and ROI
Passion for building brand trust and storytelling in technology
