Job Description

As a VIP Account Manager with German, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-value VIP clients, aiming at building relationships that will drive loyalty across the company taking them to the next level.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups to promote exclusive bonuses and cashback offers
  • Assist new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoy our products
  • Reduce player churn and re-engage non active accounts
  • Promote our betting and gaming brands, campaigns and overall offering
  • Coordinate with marketing, risk and fraud, KYC and VIP departments to align promotional efforts and provide seamless player experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management
  • Execute reactivation plans and other campaigns to optimize customer engagement
  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions, campaign results and retention metrics for internal reporting

Requirements

  • Mandatory telesales experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent PC literacy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Target oriented and driven by achieving goals/objectives/selling points
  • Drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
