We are currently seeking a motivated and client centric German speaker who will be responsible for offering top-tier support for banking, digital payments, and digital wallet services, to join our client's team in Athens.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for banking services, digital payments, and digital wallet services
Conduct end-to-end investigations for cases related to banking and digital payments
Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency
Guide new clients through digital onboarding
Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments
Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users
Requirements:
Native or near-native level of German
Fluency in English
PC literacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work 24/7
In-depth understanding of banking services, digital payments, and mobile app usage
