German speaking technical commercial specialist

• Serve as the primary contact for long-term business customers, managing hardware requests and ensuring their IT infrastructure remains current and profitable
• Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to build technical configurations and valid quotes
• Handle a diverse range of requests, from single-item quotes to large-scale multiyear contracts and complex project solutions
• Leverage deep knowledge of hardware products and vendor tools to select the best-fit solutions for customer environments
• Apply strategic pricing schemes and efficient processes to maximize service quality and business outcomes
• Contribute to a dynamic, evolving department while expanding your expertise in modern business models

• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant pre-sales role
• Fluent in English AND German
• Basic understanding of IT systems
• Basic knowledge about business administration
• Confident with MS Office especially with Excel
• Self-motivated and able to work in a remote team
• Good communication skills
• Process and customer orientated attitude
