Job Responsibility:
Consult & Support: Serve as the primary contact for long-term business customers, managing hardware requests and ensuring their IT infrastructure remains current and profitable
Quote Generation: Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to build technical configurations and valid quotes
Manage Complexity: Handle a diverse range of requests, from single-item quotes to large-scale multiyear contracts and complex project solutions
Portfolio Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of hardware products and vendor tools to select the best-fit solutions for customer environments
Optimize Value: Apply strategic pricing schemes and efficient processes to maximize service quality and business outcomes
Continuous Growth: Contribute to a dynamic, evolving department while expanding your expertise in modern business models
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience relevant pre-sales role
Fluent in English AND German, additional Dutch knowledge is an advantage
Basic understanding of IT systems
Basic knowledge about business administration
Confident with MS office especially with Excel
Self-motivated and able to work in a remote team
Good communication skills
Process and customer orientated attitude
