We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to manage bid pricing activities and lead commercial pricing decisions for Vodafone’s enterprise clients. This role involves creating competitive commercial propositions that meet both customer requirements and Vodafone’s business objectives. You will work closely with sales teams, influence customer decisions through high-quality proposals, and ensure profitability and consistency across multiple geographies.
Job Responsibility:
Create and structure commercial propositions that balance customer needs with Vodafone’s financial goals
Lead pricing decision-making for multinational enterprise customers across diverse products and services
Develop pricing strategies and recommendations throughout the bid lifecycle, from qualification to contract signature
Attend customer meetings (virtual or in-person), present bid strategies, and coach teams when required
Build commercial models, analyse profitability, and deliver usage insights for forecasting and planning
Manage complex opportunities, assess risks, and implement full risk management strategies to safeguard Vodafone
Drive cross-functional learning, share knowledge, and provide professional guidance to team members
Requirements:
Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions, with strong negotiation skills
Skilled in relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in advanced Excel and fluent in English (additional languages like German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus)
Able to analyse problems and deliver practical, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in financial outputs
