Job Responsibility

  • Develop and structure complex commercial pricing propositions to support enterprise bids and opportunities
  • Lead pricing activities across multiple products and services, ensuring consistency and profitability across geographies
  • Collect, validate and analyse inputs from sales and other stakeholders to build robust commercial options
  • Create and maintain financial models, including P&L templates, customer savings profiles and competitive analyses
  • Provide clear documentation and presentations for bid teams, articulating key assumptions, risks and recommendations
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions and negotiations to support outcomes aligned with Vodafone's business objectives
  • Approve pricing proposals within agreed governance limits and contribute to escalation processes where required
  • Monitor performance indicators such as win rate, deal profitability, quality of analysis, timeliness and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing commercial and pricing propositions in a complex environment
  • Comfortable engaging in customer-facing discussions and supporting negotiations with confidence and clarity
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial and pricing models
  • Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder management across different functions and seniority levels
  • A clear communicator with fluent German and English and the ability to present insights in a structured and accessible way
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Typically brings 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • formal management responsibility is not required for this role
