Develop and structure complex commercial pricing propositions to support enterprise bids and opportunities
Lead pricing activities across multiple products and services, ensuring consistency and profitability across geographies
Collect, validate and analyse inputs from sales and other stakeholders to build robust commercial options
Create and maintain financial models, including P&L templates, customer savings profiles and competitive analyses
Provide clear documentation and presentations for bid teams, articulating key assumptions, risks and recommendations
Participate in customer-facing discussions and negotiations to support outcomes aligned with Vodafone's business objectives
Approve pricing proposals within agreed governance limits and contribute to escalation processes where required
Monitor performance indicators such as win rate, deal profitability, quality of analysis, timeliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in developing commercial and pricing propositions in a complex environment
Comfortable engaging in customer-facing discussions and supporting negotiations with confidence and clarity
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial and pricing models
Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder management across different functions and seniority levels
A clear communicator with fluent German and English and the ability to present insights in a structured and accessible way
Adaptable, solutions-focused and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Typically brings 2–5 years of relevant experience
