Euro London have a super exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Specialist to help deliver standout events across the DACH region for an internationally recognised media organisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on energy, detail and creativity and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into seamless, unforgettable experiences. Based in Berlin, you’ll be part of a fantastic events team. This is a hands on role requiring strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • taking ownership of your own small-to-mid-sized events while supporting major, high profile productions
  • involved throughout the full event lifecycle, from initial planning and coordination through to onsite delivery and post event wrap up
  • work closely with marketing, publicity, talent and partners to create events that spark conversation, elevate campaigns and leave people talking

Requirements:

  • Have 5-7 years’ experience delivering high quality events
  • Love both the creative spark and the operational detail
  • Can juggle multiple projects
  • Know the DACH market
  • Are fluent in both German and English
  • Are highly organised, naturally collaborative and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Nice to have:

previous events experience (especially within the media industry)
