Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and personable German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting and enhancing the brand's reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to grow within a supportive, professional environment. Full training is provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customer interactions promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner
  • Support customers across multiple channels as a blended agent
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised customer experience
  • Answer queries, resolve issues, and recommend services tailored to customer needs
  • Promote memberships to non-members and advise on available services
  • Accurately capture and maintain customer data
  • Identify, highlight, and escalate service-related issues or trends when required
  • Meet and maintain individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work across multiple channels and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable

  • Working closely with the accounts Regional Sales Managers to discuss each individual client and how best to support them
  • Outbound calling to identify customer’s needs and potential opportunities, passing warm sales leads back to the account

  • Promoting the benefits of MiVision and the self-service options it can fulfil
  • Dealing with enquiries related to the client’s product range, whilst providing a high standard of service
  • Working closely with the Corporate Cards team if follow up is required
