Job Description:

We are seeking professional, service-oriented customer care specialists to join our team for the summer season (June, july and August) to work at a renowned campsite on the Adriatic coast, located between the stunning Venetian lagoon and the city of Venice. As a customer care specialist, you will be the in contact with our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing detailed information about the campsite, excursions, and activities
  • Providing information about the historic and natural significance of the area
  • Representing the campsite with positive attitude and professionalism
  • Addressing guest inquiries
  • Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining clear and organized records

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented with a genuine interest for nature, culture, history and the outdoors
  • Can communicate in English and German
  • Hold a European Passport or nationality
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Adaptable, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanour
  • Available to work 2 months in July and August
