The Coordinator is a single point of contact for end user customers and Sales for information, qualification and delivery of international solutions. Job Responsibility:
Preparing reports using internal business tools to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Organising and prioritising daily tasks to meet business needs and deadlines
Supporting various administrative and organisational activities
Communicating clearly about issues and gathering the necessary information to help find solutions and avoid unnecessary escalations
Supporting the improvement and smooth operation of administrative processes
Assisting in projects and taking on additional tasks when required
Documenting processes and helping to create clear step-by-step guides (SOPs)
Following information security policies and reporting any potential security risks or incidents
Requirements:
intermediate knowledge in English and fluency in German
