Job Responsibility:

  • Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for long-term business customers regarding IT software requests
  • Quote & Configuration: Create accurate configurations in vendor tools and prepare valid quotes, ranging from single products to complex, multi-year solutions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal sales/service teams to ensure delivery
  • Expert Advisory: Apply expert knowledge to select the best software products and pricing schemes that fit the customer's specific environment
  • Optimization: Continuously improve services and optimize processes to support customer business and profitability

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant pre-sales role
  • Fluent in English AND German
  • Basic understanding of IT systems
  • Basic knowledge about business administration
  • Confident with MS Office especially with Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a remote team
  • Good communication skills
  • Process and customer orientated attitude
