As a member of our team, you will engage in Sales Reporting activities for our partner, Vodafone Germany. Your responsibilities will include: 1.) You will provide reports and data analytics, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for the B2B Management Team. Additionally, you will develop, automate, and standardize reporting processes. 2.) Furthermore, you will help in different Sales & Business Development related Projects as a Co-Project Manager, to boost time-to-market and drive the development of the Sales Segment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide accurate data and high-quality insights on Sales & Commercial Services processes
  • Create and maintain a wide set of tools like reports and applications using platforms for actionable insights
  • Exploit available tools, applications and capabilities within reporting area or identify possibilities to implement such enablers
  • Perform as a single point of contact for current processes to support each team member in their operational tasks
  • Work on ad-hoc tasks and provide proactive support through recommendations on actions
  • Provide support on projects with analysis, preparation and communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Work on operational and improvement projects to drive continuous growth and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 4+ years work experience in a multinational sales environment or in the telecom industry or 4+ years’ experience in reporting positions
  • Quick perception and ability to implement requirements in a flexible and timely manner
  • Proactive thinking and style of working
  • Ability to transfer technical data and knowledge into business relevant information
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, independent worker and individual contributor
  • Experience and understanding of company internal systems, processes, organizational and functional structures
  • Basic experience in working with data warehouses & business intelligence tools, database management tools (eg Tableau)
  • Basic knowledge in development of platforms preparation and presentation, communication of data
  • Fluent business language German, fluent English required
  • Highly advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point)
