In this role, you will ensure inbound excellence by giving every prospect a seamless experience, turning interest into booked demos and qualified opportunities. In addition, you will amplify growth through AI-driven outbound, rock-solid RevOps and CRM hygiene, and proactive partner development. As part of our Revenue Operations team, you are contributing cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue.

Requirements:
Final stages of undergraduate or graduate studies (or recently finished)
Previous B2B startup/scaleup experience in HR or Go-To-Market functions (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Operations)
Passionate about the future of work
Deeply interested in Go-To-Market topics
Sharp, analytical, and highly reliable
German fluency/native proficiency
Communicates openly and to the point
Entrepreneurial self-starter
