Are you fluent in German? Are you interested in working as a German-speaking After Sales Specialist representing a globally recognized provider of high-quality automotive products and services? As a German-speaking After Sales Specialist, you will provide product onboarding training and coaching to prospective and current customers of a well-known car brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out product training sessions for the customers and support with the onboarding process
  • Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication
