Job Description:

We are looking for German-speaking candidates in Porto to join a dynamic and friendly team of content reviewers. The role involves analyzing and filtering user-generated content on a major social media platform to ensure a safe online experience.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and filter user-generated content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and text
Ensure all reviewed content aligns with platform guidelines and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain broad knowledge of the client’s products and services
Protect user data and ensure compliance with security policies

Requirements:

Fluency in German (Native/C1 level) and good English skills
Residency in Porto and availability to work on-site (remote work is not available)
Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and nights (rotational shifts with two days off per week)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
