This position will conduct field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates
  • Perform sampling or testing as directed
  • Provide assistance to other field and/or laboratory personnel
  • Transport equipment, specimens or documents to field personnel, laboratory, clients or other offices
  • Provide physical assistance in equipment set-up
  • Clean equipment, vehicles and work areas
  • Assist other technicians or professional staff on routine tasks
  • Be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments

Requirements:

  • Contribute to engineering deliverables such as reports, drawings, specifications, presentations, and quantity estimates
