Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join GXP’s Customer Success team. You will work alongside subject matter experts and our in house agentic AI tools to support the development and enhancement of technical training curriculum and learning products used to train our software solutions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Learning and Development processes by designing frameworks for training modules, creating content, and developing programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with developing and updating learning materials, programs, and curriculum for a variety of audiences
  • Support the redesign of learning products using modern delivery methods such as eLearning, blended learning and videos
  • Help present technical information in clear, audience‑appropriate formats
  • Support uploading training materials into the learning management system (LMS) and assigning required courses
  • Support other projects and responsibilities as requested

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Completed Junior year of college by Summer 2026
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of instructional design, data analysis, adult learning principles, and research
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with learning management systems, such as LearnDash
  • Experience with GIS or remote sensing software
