Job Responsibility:
Build, maintain and grow trusted client relationships through technical expertise and consistent delivery
Represent Murphy Geospatial at client meetings, presentations, workshops and internal coordination sessions
Identify new and cross-selling service opportunities and support development of a profitable sales pipeline
Prepare, review and manage quotations, fee proposals and technical tender documentation, including clarification of scope
Ensure accurate CRM management, consistent follow-up, and regular reporting on leads, pipeline status and targets
Own client feedback processes and ensure insights are integrated into service and process improvements
Maintain a strong understanding of all MGS service offerings and commercial workflows
Support scope control, quality management, risk management and stakeholder engagement planning
Review weekly operational and project status reports and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal commercial and proposal policies
Support the implementation and adoption of the Geo-Cert platform
Provide technical guidance to clients on geospatial methodologies, surveying best practices and monitoring workflows
Offer expertise in spatial data management and appropriate service selection
Ensure new technologies and workflows are adopted effectively and profitably
Facilitate business growth through collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and technology partners
Requirements:
Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
Experience in surveying or a surveying background
Knowledge of geospatial monitoring (advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Ability to work to deadlines and achieve sales or delivery targets
Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK for projects
Right to work in the UK
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
