Requirements

  • Provide Petrel geoscience technical and software support to customers (physical and online), demonstrating expertise in Petrel throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process
  • In-depth knowledge on Petrel for structural modeling, property modeling, and facies modeling for Carbonate reservoirs
  • Lead efforts in reserve estimation and evaluation, including uncertainty analysis
  • Knowledge of the Seismic data handling, horizon and fault interpretation in Petrel
  • Experience in Petrophysics and hands on with Tech log Software
  • Provide training and technical support to clients, ensuring effective usage and troubleshooting of Petrel software
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, addressing any technical issues, queries, or concerns to enhance their user experience
  • Remain up to date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in geoscience technologies to continually improve service offerings
  • Actively collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of customer needs and feedback into the service delivery process
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training
