Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
Develop students’ understanding of physical and human geography, encouraging them to think critically about global issues
Use a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement
Collaborate with the Geography department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to wider school activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to motivating and inspiring students
Two education or school-based references
Have the legal right to work in the UK
