Job Description:

A 'Good with Outstanding' school in Ealing is looking for a Geography Teacher + TLR to join on a permanent contract for January 2026. The school has additional funding to add more teachers to reduce class sizes and increase teacher wellbeing. The school focuses on teaching and learning rather than behaviour management and data drops.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching Geography in KS3 and KS4, with the option of KS5 as well
Planning lessons to meet national standards for teaching
Focus on teaching and learning rather than behaviour management and data drops

Requirements:

MUST HAVE QTS (or in process of obtaining)
1st class or 2:1 in Geography related degree
Personably, confident, team player
Looking to work in a school focussed on teaching and learning
Able to plan lessons to meet national standards for teaching

Nice to have:

Ability to teach geography in KS5
Experience with TLR opportunities
