Teacher of Geography | Maternity Cover (One Year)Location: Felpham / Bognor Regis AreaSalary: Main Scale / UPSContract Type: Temporary, Full-time (Maternity Cover)Interviews: Week commencing April 27th, 2026Randstad Education is seeking a passionate Teacher of Geography to join a "Good" (Ofsted 2024) mixed comprehensive school with a thriving Sixth Form. You will be joining a department that holds the Secondary Geography Quality Mark and is recognized as a Centre of Excellence for fieldwork.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver High Standards: Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities for suitably experienced candidates
Collaborate & Innovate: Work within an effective specialist team to regularly share ideas and refine incredibly well-resourced schemes of work
Build Relationships: Foster strong, effective relationships with students and staff to create a cohesive, inclusive, and positive school environment
Utilize Resources: Implement well-planned, structured lessons and supporting homework activities already established for every key stage
