A diverse and inclusive mixed secondary school in Richmond are looking for a qualified Geography teacher to join their school in September 2026. The school is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated Geography Teacher with a passion for the subject and the ability to engage and inspire students. Job Responsibility:
Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs
Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking
Preparing students for GCSE examinations and supporting them in achieving their academic potential
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Humanities
Participating in school events, trips, and enrichment activities that enhance students’ understanding of Geography and the wider world
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement
