Job Description:

The position offers a salaried teacher training program for Geography graduates to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow. Candidates will work across KS3-5 with a focus on teaching, mentoring, and raising attainment in Geography. The role offers strong mentorship, access to mental health facilities, and excellent staff support.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting in subjects you’re specialised in
Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
Supporting students of all abilities
Supporting in the classroom whilst receiving mentorship from a Geography teacher
Working across KS3-5 with a focus on raising attainment

Requirements:

A 1st Class Geography graduate, or a 2:1 from a top university
Strong A-level results, including Geography
Excellent communication skills
Fun loving, bright personality
Passionate about education
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
