Job Responsibility:

Provide technical and clinical support to the client institutions to implement the Genome Explorer®
Take ownership of implementation project timelines and deliverables, communicate progress, risks, and delays to the implementation and business development teams
Contribute to product development based on client feedback and understanding of user workflows

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in genetics or genomics and NGS data analysis
Master of Science in computational biology, bioinformatics, genetics or genomics
Professional attributes include problem-solving, multi-tasking, love of learning, passion for doing the job well, and collaboration skills
Time management skills to deliver quality results under time and budget pressure
