The Genesys Reporting Analyst will serve as the primary reporting and analytics lead for the organization's telephony transformation program, acting as the bridge between technical teams, reporting developers, and leadership. This role functions as a business‑savvy reporting specialist with deep Genesys knowledge, ensuring the organization has accurate, consistent, and actionable insights throughout the telephony migration. This analyst will coordinate closely with 3rd party vendors responsible for reporting work outside the core Genesys scope, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining a unified reporting strategy. The role requires someone who can understand how metrics are calculated across multiple applications, identify discrepancies, and drive the creation of custom reporting solutions in PowerBI and potentially Tableau.

Experience supporting reporting workstreams in large‑scale telephony or technology transformations
