This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, ensures reliable power solutions, and takes pride in delivering top-quality service to clients across diverse industries.

Job Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and commission diesel generators and associated equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and operations teams
  • Carry out field inspections and respond to after-hours service calls
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental standards
  • Collaborate with service management to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with diesel generators and site installations
  • Valid Mechanical Red Seal qualification
  • Strong ability to read electrical diagrams, single-line drawings, and instrumentation schematics
  • Familiarity with MV/LV/EHV transformers, switchgear, and protection relays
  • Experience with genset controllers (Deep Sea, ComAp, etc.), SCADA, PLC panels, and communication protocols
