Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI Training & Enablement Specialist to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team supporting AI adoption and employee enablement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about generative AI, employee learning, and enterprise technology support. The selected candidate will design and deliver AI-focused training programs, support enterprise AI platforms, and help employees confidently adopt tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in New York City three days per week, including Tuesdays as the anchor day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver live and on-demand training sessions for enterprise AI tools including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologies
  • Create engaging learning materials such as guides, job aids, presentations, and video tutorials for users with varying technical backgrounds
  • Support AI adoption initiatives and employee enablement programs across the organization
  • Serve as a primary support resource for employee questions related to AI tools, best practices, and responsible AI usage
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Learning & Development, and Technology teams to align training content with company policies and compliance standards
  • Develop AI-focused professional development and soft-skill learning content such as change management and AI workplace transformation topics
  • Track learner engagement, training effectiveness, participation metrics, and feedback to improve learning programs continuously
  • Administer enterprise AI platforms including user provisioning, workspace management, access controls, and organizational settings
  • Maintain team workspaces and department-level access segmentation within AI platforms
  • Coordinate with enterprise vendor support teams including OpenAI and Anthropic for escalations and platform support
  • Generate reports related to license usage, utilization, compliance, and chargeback activities
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, platform enhancements, and enterprise AI best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, adult education, or related areas
  • 1–2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-changing environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
