Job Description:

Generative AI Technology Specialist Vice President role focusing on driving AI/ML advancements within finance division, with emphasis on document processing and analysis. Responsible for end-to-end integration of GenAI solutions from understanding data requirements to deploying production-ready applications.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and deploy production-ready GenAI solutions for financial applications
Work with structured and unstructured financial data including complex documents
Define and gather data requirements for GenAI model training
Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Develop and deploy chatbot solutions and conversational AI interfaces
Utilize dynamic SQL to interact with relational databases
Write high-quality, well-documented Python code
Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies
Define and track key metrics to evaluate performance
Collaborate with Model Risk Management and AI Center of Excellence
Contribute to development and maintenance of MLOps pipelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Ph.D. preferred
10+ years experience in AI/ML
3+ years specialized experience in Generative AI
Expert-level proficiency in Python
Deep understanding of Transformers, LangChain, Llama 3, Llama 4, Gemini, GPT-4+
Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Expertise in designing RAG pipelines using vector databases
Experience with PDF parsing libraries, chunking techniques, re-ranking algorithms
Strong NLP skills for text extraction
Proficiency in SQL and dynamic SQL for relational databases
Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of software engineering principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Agentic AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial industry
Familiarity with specific GenAI applications in finance
Contributions to open-source projects
