This role involves working on complex, multi-cloud technology ecosystems to design, implement, and scale generative AI solutions such as chatbots, voice bots, and agent-assist tools. You will collaborate with distributed teams to create reusable assets, improve delivery processes, and enable faster adoption of AI-driven customer experience solutions across Vodafone markets.
