Job Description:

Senior management level position responsible for leading engineering activities including design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure for Generative AI platforms at Citi

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver Generative AI (GenAI) services as turn-key offerings
Lead design of hybrid cloud architecture patterns, product evaluations, and enablement efforts
Lead product strategy and roadmap for GenAI platform services
Partner with senior stakeholders to build and prioritize book of work
Collaborate with vendors to influence product roadmaps

Requirements:

Subject matter expertise of private and public cloud technologies, architectures, network designs
Working experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (GCP preferred)
Practical experience developing and launching GenAI services on GCP, AWS or Azure for production use in large-scale enterprise
Proven experience with AI & ML technologies
Deep understanding of platform architecture, high availability, fail-over, disaster recovery planning
Development experience with Java, Python, Ruby or similar languages
Working knowledge of container technologies, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing vendor resources
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
10+ years of relevant experience in Engineering role
Experience working in Financial Services or large complex global environment
Project Management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics and benchmarking
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Proven track record of operational process change
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
