Job Description:

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure
Lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework
Database support for critical database systems
Caching database support
Monitor and address database alerts/issues, capacity constraints, and performance related items
Analyze performance issues, identify tuning opportunities and advise developers on SQL tuning options
Interact and communicate with application developers and support teams
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
Provide 24*7 on call support

Requirements:

6 plus years of experience with Generative AI
Strong knowledge of database internals/views to help troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of database installation/configuration best practices and Database upgrade/migration approaches
Working experience in multiple technologies like Mongo and Caching databases (Redis and Couchbase)
Expertise in Python and Java
Strong knowledge of various Database high availability and Disaster recovery solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Excellent communication skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Database support for critical database systems in Postgres, Mongo, Oracle etc.
Caching database support for Redis and/or Couchbase
Working experience on various public cloud platforms
Thorough understanding and implementation experience of GenAI/AgenticAI use cases with their relevance to Enterprise applications
Good UNIX scripting and automation experience
Monitor and address database alerts/issues, capacity constraints, and performance related items
Fully analyze performance issues, identify tuning opportunities and advise developers on SQL tuning options
Knowledge of automation tools like ANSIBLE and automation scripting/fixing
Interact and communicate with application developers and support teams to understand and articulate
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
Follow-the-Sun 24*7 on call support model
