Job Description

I’m currently partnering with a client who is looking to engage experienced contractors to help design and deliver production-grade AI agents on AWS Bedrock. This is not a prompt-engineering or basic LLM integration role. The focus is on engineers who have built end-to-end agent systems in real production environments, with a strong understanding of agent architecture, orchestration, and enterprise deployment on AWS.

Job Responsibility

Help design and deliver production-grade AI agents on AWS Bedrock

Requirements

  • Hands-on delivery of AI agents using AWS Bedrock (Agents, Knowledge Bases, and model integrations)
  • Implementing tool calling and API orchestration within agent workflows
  • Building RAG pipelines grounded in enterprise data
  • Designing memory and state management across multi-step interactions
  • Orchestrating reliable, multi-step agent workflows (e.g. Lambda, Step Functions, event-driven patterns)
  • Ensuring security, governance, and observability in production deployments
  • Proven experience shipping agentic systems into production, not just experimentation or prototypes
  • Strong AWS engineering background across serverless, data, and security patterns
  • Ability to translate real business problems into robust AI agent architectures
