We're looking for a qualified Generalist Adviser to join our team in one of the most diverse boroughs in London.

Job Responsibility:

  • See clients for pre-booked appointments at the office
  • See clients at drop-ins across the borough
  • Provide telephone advice on the adviceline service

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months experience (full time equivalent) of providing generalist advice
  • Experience including welfare benefits, housing, employment and immigration (IAA level 1.)
