General Worker

• Operate production line equipment according to instructions, while respecting safety, speed, and quality standards
• Check product compliance by ensuring it meets the client’s quality standards, such as general appearance, accurate weight, and readable code
• Supply machines with bottles and required materials to prevent stoppages and ensure continuous production
• Monitor visual and auditory signals to detect stoppages or blockages, and respond quickly
• Troubleshoot simple issues using available tools
• if the issue cannot be resolved quickly, notify the line leader
• Replace rolls, labels, films, or other materials as needed to maintain line efficiency
• Place boxes on pallets following layout instructions to ensure shipment stability and compliance
• Inform the colleague during shift rotation of key points to monitor, ensuring continuity and vigilance
• Keep the line clean, and safe at all times, in collaboration with the team

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift loads over 45 pounds
• Ability to communicate in French or English to collaborate effectively with the team
• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
• Proactivity in anticipating needs and preventing stoppages
• Attention to detail to quickly detect anomalies
• Rigor in following quality and safety standards
• Team spirit and collaboration on the line
