What you'll be doing day to day: Reach excellence in the daily running of different parts of the DC Operations by assuming major responsibility for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing with the customer in focus. - Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of the goods. Contribute with ideas and inputs to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work. - Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods. Secure merchandise properly to allow for safe movement through the distribution center. - Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs. - Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise. - Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects assigned, where applicable.
