General Utility (Meat Room/K Kitchen- 2nd Shift)

• Inspect pre-cooked or post-cooked food products
• Monitor frozen products in the pack-off area
• Stack finished product cases onto specified pallets
• Manually assemble and/or pack product meeting line standards
• Lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds
• Check packaging material for damage
• Perform line sanitations/housekeeping practices
• Monitor packing equipment for potential issues
• Ensure correct pallet label and sticker information
• Understand different case pack sizes and weight ranges
• Maintain speed and flexibility to adapt to different line speeds and case standards
• Perform all other work as assigned
• Demonstrate consistent respectful communication
• Communicate production issues to team members
• Participate in break rotations
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Dispose of non-compliant products
• Adhere to company safety regulations
• Report injuries, unsafe conditions and acts
• Use proper lifting techniques
• Use mechanical assistance
• Use and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

• High School Diploma/GED
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and self-driven
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a food manufacturing plant is preferred
