Job Description

This entry-level position involves inspecting pre-cooked or post-cooked food products entering or exiting the cooker, monitoring frozen products in the pack-off area, and stacking finished product cases onto specified pallets.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor frozen products in the pack-off area
  • Stack finished product cases onto specified pallets
  • Demonstrate consistent, respectful communication with all team members
  • Communicate any production issues to team members
  • Participate in break rotations
  • Write legibly

  • Responsible for both quality and quantity of work: Participate in team activities and problem solving sessions as required. Communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate team member. Must follow all processes and procedures as written. As needed, document and/or chart production data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback and production scheduling. Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow
  • Evaluate defective material, faulty operations, questionable conditions and potential work stoppages
