Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Superintendent in the asphalt paving industry
Proven track record of supervising large teams in heavy highway construction
Strong working knowledge of heavy highway construction equipment and related operations
Proficient in computer applications and office software for project management
Thorough understanding of US and/or State DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations regarding roadway construction projects.

Job Responsibility

Supervise all field operations, including paving crews, milling crews, mass grading crews, and utility crews (storm drain, water, sewer, and pipe)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites
Coordinate between different crews to optimize workflow and resource allocation
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Provide leadership and support to a team of at least 200 employees, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
